All involve sitting practice and instruction when necessary.

Thursday......................7:30 to 8:45 PM

First Thursday of the Month

Open house 7:30 to 8:00 PM, starting January 3, 2008, followed by an introduction to practice

Last Sunday of the month

All-Day sit, 4:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
